Description: Doser Fuel Line Pressure Failed Self-Test
Troubleshooting:
DESCRIPTION:
This fault will set when the doser line pressure is less than 20.6 kPa (3 psi), once all conditions
are met.
MONITORED PARAMETER:
Doser fuel line pressure.
TYPICAL ENABLING CONDITIONS:
1. Dosing enabled.
2. Diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) inlet temperature is 270°C (518°F).
3. Engine speed is greater than 550 rpm but less than 2500 rpm.
4. Engine torque is greater than 1000 nm (737.5 lb ft) but less than 3000 nm (2213 lb ft).
5. All conditions must be met for at least seven seconds.

Once per drive cycle.

1. Derate 10%.
2. Diesel particulate filter (DPF) inhibit regeneration.
VERIFICATION:

NOTE: This fault code may have been caused by an exceeded
temperature threshold due to a small capacity single fuel tank
and extended PTO mode operation.
POSSIBLE CAUSES:

1. Faulty wiring.
2. External leaks in the HC doser block assembly, dosing fuel line
and fuel doser injector valve.
3. Faulty Hydrocarbon Doser Fuel Injector Valve.
4. Cavity in the flanged manifold/S-pipe needs cleaning.
