FMI: 1

Description: Fuel Delivery Pressure below Critical
Troubleshooting:
Fuel Delivery Pressure (FDP) is a measure of the amount of fuel pressure that is entering the
fuel injectors.
Probable causes:
1) FDP below 70 psi (483 kPa)
2) Dirty fuel filter
3) Aerated fuel
4) Restricted or open fuel supply line
5) Low or empty fuel supply tank
6) Biased low FDP sensor signal
7) Failed fuel pump

FMI: 2

Description: FDP signal erratic, intermittent, or incorrect
Troubleshooting:
Fuel Delivery Pressure (FDP) is a measure of the amount of fuel pressure that is entering the
fuel injectors.
Probable causes:
1) FDP sensor drift

Description: FDP signal Out of Range HIGH
Troubleshooting:
Fuel Delivery Pressure (FDP) is a measure of the amount of fuel pressure that is entering the
fuel injectors.
Probable causes:
1) FDP signal circuit short to PWR
2) Failed FDP sensor

Make: International
Engine: MaxxForce DT (2010 & Newer)
PID: N/A
SPN: 94
FMI: 4

Description: FDP signal Out of Range LOW
Troubleshooting:
Fuel Delivery Pressure (FDP) is a measure of the amount of fuel pressure that is entering the
fuel injectors.
Probable causes:
1) FDP signal circuit OPEN or short to GND
2) VREF circuit OPEN
3) Failed FDP sensor
